Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Resurf.wiki (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Resurf.wiki reads lead data you explicitly grant access to (Google Sheets, Gmail) and generates personalized follow-up email drafts. You review and click Send on each draft. No email sends without your explicit per-draft action.

You’re responsible for your credentials. Notify us at support@resurf.wiki if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited.

Resurf offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. During the trial you get full product access.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged $49 on day 8 and every 30 days thereafter. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation prevents future charges but doesn’t refund the current period.

We may change pricing. Material pricing changes get 30 days advance notice to active accounts.

You will NOT use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial email, or anything that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other applicable law.
• Harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or business.
• Upload data you don’t have the legal right to use.
• Scrape the Service or attempt to extract data we don’t expose through the UI.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent rate limits / tier caps.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

You own the data you put into Resurf. By using the Service you grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can export and delete everything at any time.

Drafts produced by Resurf are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every email before it sends. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or fabricated details. Do not send drafts without reading them first.

The Service integrates with Google (Sheets, Gmail), Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Resend. Your use of those services through Resurf is also subject to those providers’ terms. We’re not responsible for third-party service outages.

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee uptime, draft quality, or specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Resurf’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Resurf in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Resurf harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, including any emails you send through it.

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, active subscriptions end at the current period’s end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We’ll post updates to these Terms here with a new effective date. Material changes get emailed to active accounts at least 14 days in advance.

Resurf operates an optional tiered affiliate program described at /dashboard/affiliate. Affiliates earn a recurring commission on every invoice paid by customers they refer, for as long as those customers remain subscribed. Commission rates are tiered by the affiliate’s count of active paying referrals:

• Bronze (0 to 24 paying seats) — 10% per invoice
• Silver (25 to 49 paying seats) — 25% per invoice
• Gold (50+ paying seats) — 50% per invoice

The tier thresholds, commission rates, payout cadence, and the program itself are provided at Resurf’s sole discretion and may be modified, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. Commissions earned under the rate in effect at the time the invoice was paid remain payable on the original terms; each commission row stores the exact rate it was earned at so tier changes are non-retroactive.

Self-referrals, fraudulent or misleading marketing, incentivized fake signups, and any attempt to circumvent Stripe’s terms of service are grounds for immediate termination of an affiliate and forfeiture of accrued earnings. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Resurf.

Payouts are processed manually at this time. Affiliates should email omid@resurf.wiki when their unpaid balance crosses $100 to arrange ACH or check payment. Resurf will make reasonable efforts to pay within 14 days of request.
