For customers who require a signed Data Processing Agreement (e.g. to satisfy GDPR Article 28, UK DPA 2018, or CCPA service-provider obligations), we provide one on request. Email legal@resurf.wiki with your company name, jurisdiction, and any specific attachments your compliance team needs (e.g. sub-processor list, SCCs, security schedule). We’ll return a signed DPA within 2 business days.
