Quick answers

When do Team Leader rates kick in?+

The moment your 100th paying signup crosses into "paid at least once" status. From that invoice forward, every new invoice from every referral pays at 25%. Historical commissions stay at 10% because we store the rate on each commission row (we never retroactively change earned commissions).

How do I get paid?+

Stripe Connect. You onboard once through a 60-second hosted flow from your affiliate dashboard. After that, every time a referred invoice clears, we automatically transfer your commission into your Stripe balance. Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule.

What happens if my referral cancels?+

Commissions stop the moment they stop paying. We don’t claw back past commissions. If they resubscribe later, they stay tagged to you.

Can I stack tiers or game the system?+

You cannot refer yourself, and we flag suspicious patterns (same IP, same card fingerprint, rapid self-signups). Confirmed fraud forfeits earned commissions. Legitimate referrals from real people always pay out.

What does the coupon code do for the customer?+

It gives them a discount on their first year (configurable per campaign). So your code is both a "save money" offer for them AND an attribution link for you.
